The Internet is one of the greatest creations and gives everyone in the world with instant access to an endless supply of Information, knowledge, learning and entertainment etc. Modern life has become easier and the people of the world have to thank the immense contribution of the internet technology to communication and information sharing. There is no doubt that internet has made our life become easier and more convenient. We can use internet to communicate with people around the world, do business, make new friend and know different cultures, searching information, studying and etc.
However, for all its advantages and positive aspects, some people around the globe are been restricted access to whole or part of information they can access through internet, the restriction might be from Government, school, parents, country, region, location etc. The restriction could be through IP blocking and to overcome the restrictions people have turn to using Virtual Private Networks or TOR but using any of these have it’s own draw backs which includes:

- Limited number of IPs from GeoLocations where the demand is high, thus leading to the impossibility for some users to access different services (too many users use the same IP and the IP is banned or restricted)

In my own opinion this ICO is worth investing because everybody uses internet and the platform will allow anyone to share their IPs and earn money. I am a fan of project that generates income for the users of the platform and this is one of such project.
